He often weds two-dimensional painting of abstract expressionism qualities for the background with three-dimensional sculpture elements (stairs, clamberers, faces as well as cheap objects such as eggshells, etc.)
Yanni continues building his paintings axially and has a tendency to minimalize the use of colors, also interested in a monochrome approach while deploying the development of color tones.
