Archetypes
Influenced by the Cycladic and Etruscan art, figurines and paintings of black-figure vessels from the geometric period and onwards have been a study material for Yanni since adolescence.
As a result, sculptures stand axially in the space, mainly vertically, and remind the observer of archetypes and hierarchical symbols.
The sculptures are representations of abstract human figures. The simplicity of the works reflect spirituality and demonstrate the sculptural confidence of the creator.
